Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program provides quality consultations to management and care for employees of organizations.

Services include:

	consultations to management on the effective implementation, development and supervision of an Employee Assistance Program
	information, Referral and Private Counselling for individuals, families and work groups for problems including: stress at home or at work interpersonal conflict job specific problems (ex. burnout) addictions separation and divorce loss and bereavement financial problems support during medical treatment guidance during court processes post traumatic stress experience harassment protection mediation of interpersonal problems
	mentoring for management on coping with employee problems
	workshops on special interest subjects

Individuals and immediate family members are eligible for help.

Specialized counselling and mediation of work place distress.

We offer personalized services to our clients and guarantee quality and confidentiality.

Supervision of counselling staff by senior EAP specialists.
