Executive Medicine
The Executive Medicine Program provides you with a service of medical testing and examination that is thorough, time efficient and confidential.
Your appointment includes:
	complete history and physical
	blood tests
	consultation with a nutritionist
	an eye exam
	a resting electrocardiogram and stress test (if necessary)
A written report is sent based on the results of the tests and examination.

 

Occupationnal Health
Your Health Group offers the following range of services:
	pre-employment examinations
	disability evaluation
	independent expert medical opinion for: Commission de santé et sécurité au travail (CSST) Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) insurance Régie des rentes du Québec

Employee Assistance Service
Our Employee Assistance Program provides quality consultations to management and care for employees of organizations.
Our services include:
	consultations to management on the effective implementation, development and supervision of an Employee Assistance Program
	information, Referral and Private Counselling for individuals, families and work groups for problems including: stress at home or at work interpersonal conflict job specific problems (ex. burnout) dependancies separation and divorce loss and bereavement financial problems support during medical treatment guidance during court processes post traumatic stress experience harassment protection mediation of interpersonal problems
	mentoring for management on coping with employee problems
